Exchange and guarantee policy.
- The time to make a change in BODY FIT S.A.S, is 15 days after the date of delivery of the product.
- The analysis and approval of the change has a waiting time of 5 business days.
- Products to which some type of discount has been applied are not subject to changes.
- BODY FIT S.A.S in no case makes the refund of money, the changes must be for other garments.
- The additional costs generated by the change are borne by the customer.
- Our products have a 60-day warranty period against manufacturing defects.
- BODYFIT shows the colors and patterns of all their garments in the closest way to reality , however the color that you see on the screen will be subject to variations according to the configuration or lighting of your devices; For this reason, it is not possible to guarantee that the tones you see on your monitor will be true to life.
- Damage caused to garments due to misuse and normal wear of the garment due to use, will not be subject to warranty.
- The garments for which a guarantee is requested will go to a committee which will have 7 business days to respond to the guarantee.
- The garments will only be exchanged for garments from the collection to which they belong.
- To request the guarantee and / or exchange, you must present the original invoice at the point of sale where you bought the product, if you do not have the invoice, you must wait 7 additional business days.
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was sold, it must not have stains or odors.
- All requests for changes and / or guarantees to BODY FIT SAS, will be made under the terms and according to the rules established in Title III, Chapter I in Law 1480 of 2011 - Consumer Protection Statute and Decree 735 from 2013.
